POLICIES AND TERMS
The first 30 minute phone or Face-Time consultation are always free. Declutter With Me serves clients within 15 miles of Frisco, Texas. Clients further than 15 miles (and within the DFW Metroplex) will incur a $25 per visit trip fee.
The rate for services, including on-site declutter strategies and hands on work is $85.00 per hour, for the 1st hour and $65 for each additional hour with a specified hourly minimum based on the option chosen. Hours will be billed in 30 minute increments. Follow-up emails, phone calls, or texts are included with each session.
At the conclusion of initial consultation, a time and work estimate will be verbalized or emailed to the client and dates will be discussed for the first work day.
The first work day will be scheduled and held with a non-refundable deposit of $35.00, payable immediately. The deposit will be credited toward the first hour of work. If the day of work is cancelled and rescheduled, the deposit will be credited to the next scheduled day of work. After two cancellations, or a cancellation without reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited.
Projects hours are calculated on a job by job basis according to professional assessment.
24-hour notice is required for rescheduling appointments. There will be a fee equal to 50% of the time booked, for missed appointments.
Payment for packages are due in-full at time of booking. For jobs booked by the hour, payment is due at the conclusion of the appointment.
Payments may be made in cash, by check, credit, or through PayPal to paypal.me/Kappi and checks should be made out to “Kappi Helms.” Credit Card transactions will include a 3% convenience fee.
Bundles include a complimentary phone consultation to assess your needs and space issues.
Bundles do not include an in-person consultation but client may choose to schedule one at the rate of $25 per 30-45 minute consultation.
No returns or refunds for purchased bundles.
Complete bundle must be used in one visit, unless noted in description and unused time during visit will be surrendered.
Client must reschedule appointment 24 hours in advance or lose one hour of purchased time. Supplies purchased by DWM will be an additional charge.
Trip fee for clients outside of the 15 mile Frisco and surrounding service areas will be a $25 per visit additional charge.
Additional hours may be purchased as needed at the standard rate of $65 per hour billed in 30 minute increments.
Customer must use bundle within a year of purchase.
If necessary, the following will be billed to the Client in addition to the fees outlined above:
Any items not provided by client used to complete project such as: bins, boxes, packaging, tape, labels, filing products, organizational systems, trash bags, etc. Items will be billed at cost and will included a 40% trip, time, convenience and tax surcharge. If the Client wishes to provide products needed for project, the products must be available for use by the agreed upon date or project may not be fully completed.
DWM will transport and dispose of small items or bags of items (not to exceed the cargo bay of professional’s vehicle) at the fee of $25 per carload. DWM assumes the ownership of items and reserves the right to choose the destination of items. Disposal trips will only be made at the conclusion of the scheduled day of work.
